Off the back of a great relationship with SRG in Melbourne, FTI Group Pty Ltd recently secured 3 stages of the Elizabeth Quay Perth project for SRG in WA… exciting news!

CAPITAL SQUARE – TOWER 2
This tower is 15 storeys of office space with 2 basement levels.
It has 850 risers of Fast Tread® stairs, plus handrails.

CHEVRON TOWER
Another office tower, the Chevron National Headquarters is 30 storeys of office space over a 2 level basement.
That’s 1,737 risers, plus handrails for this tower.

EQ WEST
This stage includes 484 apartments & 190 hotel rooms across 2 towers (up to 52 storeys above ground & 4 basement levels).
There’s 3,846 risers on this one, plus handrails.
