Charles Darwin University (CDU), in Darwin, NT has unveiled plans for a new 8-storey education and community precinct. Along with adaptable teaching spaces, the new CDU building will feature a Government library, a university library, and art galleries.

The building is being built by Halikos Developments who have contracted TM Concretors for the formwork package. FTI Group are pleased to be working with TM Concretors in the supply of preformed stairs. Fast Tread® stairs will be used as the fire circulation stairs with both 3 rail and single rail handrails across all stair shafts.
