Emerson Kirra is a new development in Coolangatta, QLD which features 27 boutique residences over 13 storeys. Emerson offers north-facing panoramic views of the coastline with distant towers of the Gold Coast in the background. Designed by Rothelowman, Brisbane’s premier architecture studio, Emerson offers classic beach aesthetics within a modern and contemporary residence. There’s onsite basement car parking spaces over 3 levels.

Emerson will be built by Hutchinson Builders who have secured the formwork package with River City Form. FTI Group have been chosen by River City Form to supply the preformed concrete stairs with metal handrails. Fast Tread® stairs will be used for fire stairs throughout the stair shaft as both standard circulation stairs and scissor stairs with single rail handrails.
