The Mermaid Plaza Redevelopment is set to transform the existing Mermaid Plaza site in Mermaid Beach, QLD into a new commercial, medical, and fresh food destination. The development consists of a new 4-storey commercial office building above the shopping precinct which includes a Woolworths Metro supermarket as well as ground-level retail.

It’s another project built by Queensland’s most awarded private property developer, Morris Property Group, this time they’ve awarded the formwork package to Rapid Projects who’ve secured the stair and handrail package with FTI Group. Fast Tread® stairs are showcased in the fire shaft with a mixture of 3 rail and single rail handrails.
