Springwood Health Hub is a new dedicated health facility in South East Queensland. The new facility in Springwood will cater for medical specialists including services such as gastroenterology theatres, IVF clinics, radiology, GP super clinics, Allied Health, and more. There are medical spaces and consulting suites available from 60m² to 3,492m², as well as generous basement car parking onsite.

Niclin is contracted to build this new medical hub and has let the formwork package to Yatala Formwork. Yatala Formwork has chosen to use FTI’s Fast Tread® stairs and handrails for the fire stairs. Fast Tread® ‘stairmaster-style’ concrete stairs will be showcased throughout the fire shaft as standard circulation stairs with 3 rail, single-rail and wall mounted handrails.
