Hutchinson Builders are the builder for The Monroe, they have let the formwork package to GPS Formwork. FTI Group have been engaged by GPS Formwork in the supply of ‘stairmaster style’ preformed stairs and galvanised metal handrails. The majority of the Fast Tread® stairs in The Monroe are in a scissor stair application with single rail galvanised metal handrails.
