Pact Construction have won the build contract from Mustera Property Group for Forbes Residences, and Pact have chosen to partner with FTI Group for the supply of the fire stairs. FTI are pleased to be working with Pact Construction again on this project; we’re currently supplying 534 risers of Fast Tread® preformed concrete stairs to this development.
