Set next to Western Australia’s Parliament House, the new office building in West Perth will accommodate the State Government’s parliamentary offices. ADCO Constructions have been selected to build the new four-storey office building with 2 basement levels which is due for completion in October 2022.

ADCO chose to secure the supply of formwork directly with FTI Group. FTI will be supplying Fast Tread® stairs for the standard fire circulation stairs with handrails installed to both sides of the stairs, 3 rail to one side, and wall mount handrails on the other side. There are also Fast Tread® stairs as the basement egress stairs with vertical picket handrails due to the public access requirements.
